About Us

Welcome to Nyay Path Foundation

The Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because there were thousands of bad Commas, wild Question Marks and devious Semikoli, but the Little Blind Text didn’t listen. She packed her seven versalia, put her initial into the belt and made herself on the way.

On her way she met a copy. The copy warned the Little Blind Text, that where it came from it would have been rewritten a thousand times and everything that was left from its origin would be the word "and" and the Little Blind Text should turn around and return to its own, safe country. But nothing the copy said could convince her and so it didn’t take long until a few insidious Copy Writers ambushed her, made her drunk with Longe and Parole and dragged her into their agency, where they abused her for their.

Objectives

Judicial and Legal Aid & Consultation

  1. The objective of our organization is to provide free legal aid and legal consultation through competent advocates to economically weaker persons and oppressed sections of society.
  2. The organization especially aims to help women who are victims of dowry harassment, and whose dowry-related cases are pending in courts, but who are financially weak and unable to properly pursue their cases. Such women will be provided experienced and competent advocates at a nominal fee to represent and pursue their cases.
  3. Any citizen who is harassed, oppressed, or suffering, if they approach the organization with their grievance, will be provided free assistance and consultation through qualified and experienced legal advisors appointed by the organization.
  4. Along with providing legal aid and consultation, the organization will also work to spread legal awareness among the general public, informing them about laws and protection of their rights. For this purpose, the organization will organize legal awareness and consultation camps from time to time.
  5. In the future, the organization will establish Public Hearing Consultation Centers, which will be operated by qualified and experienced coordinators. At these centers, any common person can register complaints regarding any type of problem. The coordinator will first try to resolve disputes through mutual settlement between both parties, so that unnecessary litigation can be avoided, and time and financial loss of the common people can be prevented.
  6. In society, there are many people who do not have sufficient knowledge of laws and also do not know which authority or department to approach for the resolution of their problems. In such situations, if a person contacts the organization, it will be the primary objective of the organization to guide them properly. Wherever required, the organization will also make every possible effort to resolve their problems.
